Just been thinking about the figures in the article..

$25m of sales for 107 apartments equals an average of approx. $233k, yet prices start at $298k. Am I missing something, or is something not quite right there?

Lots of big projects underway and about to commence exciting times. I don't ever remember this many projects at or about to commence construction phase. We had had heaps of proposals but this is by far going to be one of the biggest 24 months periods in terms of both height and quantity. Can't wait...

Finally some action on this one today. 'Watpac' branded traffic barriers were put in place this morning. Hopefully things kick on now.

That's 2 weekends in a row with plenty of people working on this one.. Didn't catch much of what was going on today, but last weekend seemed mostly out on the street - hooking up water etc to the site I assume.

Anyone know what is going on with DAC? Meeting minutes/agenda haven't been updated since 26th March. Just a case of nothing being submitted? Not totally sure how it works. Cheers

I think that would be all for this year, but potentially you never know we could see any of the following UC : U2 on Waymouth Bohem Stage 2 of New Mayfield 124-126 Franklin Street There's also a few smaller buildings like East Park and the proposals for south terrace which could be UC this year. Ye...
