[U/C] Re: ONH: Tea Tree Plaza Upgrade | $190m
I doubt that. Churchill Centre has a long way to go if ever to reach the size and choice that Marion, TTP, West Lakes etc have to offer. P.S New mall for Parafield Gardens? Oops new mall for Parafield: http://www.sensational-adelaide.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=5376 Churchill Centre has huge ...

[U/C] Re: ONH: Tea Tree Plaza Upgrade | $190m
How can Adelaide sustain two major redevelopments of its two biggest shopping malls, in a period of economic and job uncertainty? It doesn't add up. I think either Westfield upgrade or lose more ground to new developments like Churchill centre and the new mall proposed for parafield gardens. The 2 ...

Re: News & Discussion: Transport Projects
Obviously I’m not alone in this view amongst forum members, but it really dismays me at how short-sighted both politicians and half of the general public are on this issue. I don’t think it’s just ‘lefty moaning’ to hold the opinion that private car use cannot continue the way it has been over the ...

[U/C] Re: News & Discussion: South Road / North-South Corridor
Is it just me or was it already known that the designed speed rating would only be 80kmph? A bit disappointed by this. What is it in the design that is preventing 100? Noise and consistent merging/exiting of traffic? There is never going to be a long run highway without merging/exiting traffic. Oh ...

[U/C] Re: News & Discussion: South Road / North-South Corridor
Having reviewed the recently released NS Corridor strategy, the following really stood out. Grade separation of the rail line from the existing Cross/South Road intersection will cost a whopping $280m in 2014 dollars (page 57). .... http://www.infrastructure.sa.gov.au/__data/assets/pdf_file/0009/16...

Re: #Pro: Existing major highways to become toll roads
Wholly in favour of the idea. Northern Expressway, Southern Expressway, Port River Expressway and the Superway should all be toll roads. so people coming from Gawler will eventually have to pay 2 tolls to get to work at wingfield? Only one once the northern connector is built. I don't know how you ...
