Re: More Ridiculous NIMBY News
Man i can't beleive this ridiculous organisation. They talk and write Crap all day long and manage to do nothing constructive! I just wish they would get real jobs and shut the F**K up every now and then and alow exciting things to occur in Adelaide!    ...

Re: Approved: Latitude (12lvl - 42m)
Does anyone have some new renders of what this would look like? I must admit that interensting buildings need to be constructed to help generate extra vibe in the area. The thing that really amazes me is that the Grand was build maybe 20 years ago, and has a higher hight limit than the other recentl...

Re: Proposal to Lift CBD Height Restrictions Defeated
I'm curious to find out if anyone has ever contacted Air Services Australia to find out if they would be prepared to modify the flight path upon request from the state government/city council in order to allow taller buildings in the city? I say this because a few years back when John Martins close...

Geeez it looks like there is a heap of activity down there. I just hope this building does not take ages to get up and running. Good to see though. Hindmarsh square will look quite nice in a couple of years time

Re: Proposal to Lift CBD Height Restrictions Defeated
This may be a silly question in regards to the height limit on our CBD. It seems that the ACC blames the height restrictions on the flight path to the Adelaide airport. How hard would it be to change the angle of the landing strip maybe 1-5 degrees? so it does not impose a "Supposed" dange...

There is one thing that i must admit. When you drive past the project, it actually looks quite big in real life. Nothing great though as it does look very plain and boring.

I agree, growth of 3.6% compared to other states is quite low! and with the global downturn and possibly the Chinese economy slowing, this could have a negative out look for SA as we are going to be relying heavily on our resources to spur growth in the economy.
