Is the goal to keep visible all the V shaped supports? the renders don't really show them as a feature, but then renders seem to rarely reflect reality. As far as I can tell, the flower columns are load-bearing, and support the weight of the "normal" vertical columns and floors above them...

I like it , but i agree has a glammed up Mawson Lakes feel .. A fine line as Mawson lakes is full of monolithic eyesores ... All the new developments in this part of CBD have similar architecture/design facades ?

I was onsite recently and a rigger informed me that including RAH there will be as many as 18 cranes in the CBD at anyone next year - not bad considering we rarely if ever make double digits

I saw some work being done on the site of this today. I have a feeling this is going to start up very soon, I think it's this site? What type of work? Im not sure if this is the site you were referring to but it looked like SWP on the ELECTRA HOUSE site on friday???? scaffolding was being erected
