Also, doesn't this come under some AAL imposed restriction? I thought the maximum height is 102m or something around that range. I know it's stupid given that it's only a small extension but a rule is a rule. Give or take a metre, I think they should be allowed a maximum height of 106 - 107 metres ...

Spire has been approved at 33lv 105m. ...and So as far as we should be concerned, the building is still 91.9m to top of roof and 97.9m to top of structure. I have seen side elevations of Spire (Bentham Apartments) and can confirm the 33 levels. Not sure about the final height though, but if it's go...
