Forget about Echelon. Every red flag in the business. Developer says "look at my track record" - red flag. When you fall for it and actually look at their track record... and find they're making the jump from some townhouses to 2 30+ storey skyscrapers - red flag. Developer says he will &...

Can't say I've seen a render of the third tower, has anyone seen one? No DA has been lodged but the concept renders were about the same size building as Gallery. http://cdn.newsapi.com.au/image/v1/53af9175cc7657837a9ab6026c232c02?width=1024 Actually I think the lower white building (~8 floors) in t...

According to an advertising e-mail they just sent: "The Eckersley Building has been almost entirely demolished, while construction has commenced on the northernmost part of the site - the old Rhino Room. This section of the site has been piled, and construction of the plant room started in Dece...

Re: News & Discussion: Trams

Whoever forms Government, it would be good if they announced a rolling public works program for of small projects for the tram network. These projects could be done inside of two months or so here and there at relatively cheap cost comparable to the works undertaken at present for the current exten...

This may be dead in it's previous iteration, but the showroom is now covered in new signage now. "Sky Adelaide" I believe is the name of the new development. I drove past it yesterday afternoon.

[SWP] Re: Former RAH Site (Design Competition)

Three years ago they could have cornered the market on student housing, but given the pipeline for that I don't think that's really feasible anymore.
Any other 'public' housing possibilities? Defence Housing? Retirement places? Refugee housing?

With just 2000 people surveyed, I'll take these figures with a grain of salt. Actually 2000 is way more than enough.. ... But only as long as you get the demographics right I guess they didn't adjust for changes in who they interviewed between the different years, because some of these fluctuations...

According to the sales guy they really try to have it up and running before Mad March 2020. Consequently I believe they currently have a little it of buffer in their schedule and will finish in late 2019 if everything goes to plan
