With just 2000 people surveyed, I'll take these figures with a grain of salt. Actually 2000 is way more than enough.. ... But only as long as you get the demographics right I guess they didn't adjust for changes in who they interviewed between the different years, because some of these fluctuations...

According to the sales guy they really try to have it up and running before Mad March 2020. Consequently I believe they currently have a little it of buffer in their schedule and will finish in late 2019 if everything goes to plan
