There is a full on archaeological dig happening at the U2 site with people using small trowels and containers etc sifting through the dirt for artefacts.

I walked past the site at lunch time and the toilet block has been demolished but no so sign of the skate park being attacked yet. It looks as though the update to Darling Building on Franklin St may finally be under way. The front of the building has been fenced off and deliveries of building materials have been taking place for a week or two now.

I noticed Emirates take off over the city this morning, does anyone know if they missed the curfew last night and were forced to wait until this morning to take off????

Does missing the curfew happen very often, or is it a pretty rare event?

Noticed this morning that the blades were actually covering some of those windows on the Western face. They went straight over the windows.

'88 Construction' signage now all over the fencing of this site. Piling was also underway this morning. With the commencement of piling work, does this constitute this project as being 'under construction'?

What does 'SWP' stand for anyway, as in the title of this thread?

This project is progressing quite rapidly now with approx. 50% of the Southern side now covered in the new cladding.
