It looks as though the update to Darling Building on Franklin St may finally be under way. The front of the building has been fenced off and deliveries of building materials have been taking place for a week or two now.

I noticed Emirates take off over the city this morning, does anyone know if they missed the curfew last night and were forced to wait until this morning to take off????
Does missing the curfew happen very often, or is it a pretty rare event?

Signage has gone up today on the building on the corner of Topham Mall and Currie St, currently undergoing major renovations, for a new CBD brewery called 'Lady Burra' which sounds interesting. This type of venture could help transform Topham Mall and hopefully cash in on the large volume of foot tr...

'88 Construction' signage now all over the fencing of this site. Piling was also underway this morning. With the commencement of piling work, does this constitute this project as being 'under construction'?
What does 'SWP' stand for anyway, as in the title of this thread?
