Grade separation doesn't have to be a "sky train".....it can be an underpass like Park Terrace and the proposal for Oaklands. I hope the good citizens of Croydon will not complain in the future if train frequencies increase to the point where they will always be waiting at the crossing.......

It would still help if the local cops devoted some of their patrol time to the train station.

People will feel safer (and more likely to use public transport) if they see cops actively taking an interest in people coming and going out of the train station.
