The Sydney Opal card readers have been modified to accommodate credit cards/apps......no need for an extra validator in Sydney. Most countries have been able to link their tap and go machines to both the public transport card and a debt card. The Uk, Tfl has been doing it since 2013; it’s not new t...

[U/C] Re: M2 North-South Motorway
R2P seems to be moving at a blistering pace Its not that big of stretch of road. Its just widening a road and building a bridge over an existing one. If it wasnt moving along smoothly I'd be asking why, considering its not exactly something ground breaking for SA, like say a tunnel under suburbia. ...

Re: News & Discussion: Adelaide Airport & Airlines
Tourists in particular don't mind stopovers. It breaks up their journey. If you say layover or transit, then that too is not much of a hassle. From ADL we all do it in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong, Doha, Dubai and a few other places depending if we fly through MEL, SYD, BNE or PER. Sure, the ...

All lanes OPEN at Darlington heading in both directions. Still plenty of road surface to be completed and limit still 40km.
Good news is that it’s almost done.

drove through Darlington today and finally those traveling south that don't wish to continue onto the SEXY can cut out 5 sets of lights. I was impressed as I thought there was nothing in it for us non expressway users. in the meantime I'll continue to dream about an entry/exit at major's road which...

I've just seen that 35-37 South Road Thebarton, next to Pikes Construction is slated for an industrial development. Being developed by Pikes and Leedwell. And this right here is the issue; with a government that is yet to come up with a plan or a team developing a plan. Councils are still allowing ...

The split of the Sexy is so traffic using South Road coming on to the lower deck won’t need to merge across five lanes. The split allows Sexy traffic to already be in the correct lanes, if heading to the “eastern suburbs” (as per the sign), or the city, by being on the eastern side of the second bri...

Re: News & Discussion: Adelaide Airport & Airlines
I was able to have an exclusive walk through of the new section of the Adelaide Airport, where the new Virgin Lounge is going etc.
It’s very impressive, open and modern.
Phase 2 opens tomorrow with the whole project to be completed by 2021.
