shit this area has got so much potential to be such an important meeting point. its so close to the railway station and the centre of the city, the casino and the festival centre. it should be the focus of adelaides cultural precinct just like federation square in melbourne and be a very busy place ...

I like it, unfortunately everything is gonna look conservative after seeing the render for the currie st development. anyhow this will beef up that part of the city. good luck to the developers trying to fill it up. adelaide is going to be satyurated with offic space

this is a brilliant building for adelaide, i pretty much agree with everything everyone elso has said, this has to be built it will lift the bar for quality design in adelaide.

Probably a bit late tyo suggest this now but adelaide's answer to times square i think would probably be better at the other end of the mall where hindley st meets king william street. king william st could be similar to swanston st in melbourne which is blocked off to all traffic except local traff...

I agree with you Ho Really that if the area was revitalised it would be a much better entrance to Adelaide by train. alot of disused warehouses and vacant land waiting for an urban renewal project. the area basically most of the land inside richmond road in the south, South road to the west, bunning...
