Good replacement, Marion is starting to get some good brands, When and if the store gets the major revamp, i can see it gain some even better brands.

Great news, always drive past this one and hope that one day it would get a full restoration.

I really liked this building for some strange reason, and shame its not going ahead. But i would say its more dead than alive.

Was walking down Rundle Street yesterday and noticed work had started on Union Street, i remeber there was a development floating around that spot where the graffiti was.

Hopefully with some going down, and the 2 buildings going up at King William South, we can hit 20. High hopes

Counterweight on the opposite side helps alot, and the other reason that concrete is strong as f$%k with reinforcement! Impressive site.

I dont think it turned out too bad. Not bad, not overly great.

Biggest let down are the steel ballustrades, reminds of that crap on south terrace, i dont understand why they use them when for most of the building they didnt. Brings the entire level of the building down, oh well.

As mentioned work is underway, excavator has been on site for a few days now.

Also fencing has gone up around Mabarack Furniture's former showroom in Light square on Currie.
