[PRO] Re: Masonic Lodge | 183m | 37 Levels | Mixed Use
thanks, you raise a good point. I will have to check if the colour of the building will be that light. I suspect not, it's probably about the same as it is now and the bronze would fit better. Hey Mic! Hows the progress going on the tower, are we getting approval from PlanSA soon? ( To any snowflak...

Re: AFL Gather Round
while Port Adelaide are only getting about 25k to its home games That’s simply not true It's not. More importantly I don't see the correlation between crowd figures of existing clubs and a potential third club being setup in Adelaide or Perth. Rival fans generally don't attend each others home game...

That's a great shot of the skyline in the distance. What a huge impact a few buildings in the 150-160m+ range would make.

[U/C] Re: Port Adelaide Dock Spur Line
I really don't understand Adelaide's obsession with building tiny platform shelters that don't even offer any protection or even look good. So many of these useless shelters across the Adelaide Metro network. Agreed, and it most likely just comes down to money. They really should invest in making r...

Re: Riverlea (Buckland Park) | 12,000 dwellings | $3b
Buckland Park still exists. It's west and south of what's now RIverlea Park. I've noticed as well quite a few of the homes built, have a noticeable elevation from the footpath, about a foot or 2 or there about's. Most houses have some drop from the home to the foopath anyway, so not sure if it's jus...

Re: Riverlea (Buckland Park) | 12,000 dwellings | $3b
What Riverlea needs most urgently is petrol station -preferably with take away food. A couple of weeks ago I had to go to Two Wells running on empty. Virginia would have been closer I think. 40,000 new residents, I'm sure it wont be long before an X Convenience or OTR pops up. Google Street view is...

I reckon this and the Central Market tower will make a noticeable impact from Port Road.
Should fill the gap partially between the RAA building and Sofitel.

IqKIlLS7ln4 -Sydney is the 2nd least affordable among 94 major cities in the world. Adelaide is in that list too. Graphics with selected cities highlighted doesn't change that fact. If people can just ignore the professional troll, and actually discuss the actual issue and not the distraction the p...

Re: The Housing Crisis
Page 2 includes a long article that includes a quote that housing construction was already slowing. Nobody (in the article or here) has attempted to either challenge or explain that statement. There seems to be plenty of land "released" for housing. Has somebody done an analysis of what i...

Re: News & Developments: Glenelg
The 2018 Masterplan talks about the potential relocation of the tram stop to Colley Tce so they can better utilise Moseley Square. Judging by those concept drawings, that won't be happening. Would be good if they could do a bit of a loop around Glenelg, and bring the tram/add a stop near the marina
