Please tell me the dark brown brick around the Festival Centre is being recladded? Gosh, it really makes the building so dated.

I don't think it is bad BUT I feel, as others have said that North Terrace deserves much better. I think it is great so much is happening in the way of development, but we need to quality control some of the crap going up. North Terrace can handle the height, but it needs to be better than OKAY.

Really hope the design of this will be innovative and unique.

The clean finish on this needs to be applied to the two student accoms on Waymouth and Rundle St. Lifts the finish immeasurably.
