You'd think they will sell well given they are across the road from what will be two very large hospitals, and right next to a tram stop. Hopefully some reasonably priced options so that medical staff can consider purchasing.

Can someone tell me why this is so expensive ? I can't fathom it... Medical facilities in general are far more expensive than "rinse and repeat" buildings with almost identical floors over multiple levels. Hospitals especially require a huge amount of design and planning as each area will...

The facade looks incredibly busy in that last shot (maybe the effect of the angle and reflections against the windows?). But I quite like this. Yes, to me the renders look like three different buildings stuck on top of each other. Waiting for final completion before passing further judgment though.

That is an extremely flattering perspective on that building - viewed from most other angles its not that attractive especially on the western side.
