Yeah they did. I’m wondering if the lack of car parking is the reason it fell through.

151 Gilbert Street, behind my place, is back on the market. Not surprised. Place has been silent for months except for the cars from next door using it as a car park.

Of course Kieran Snape was one of the greenies to vote against it.

Well then, I don’t know how others feel but I’m sure they feel the same as I do - the waiting game for this development is becoming painfully frustrating.

Do we know if there is still the issue with asbestos?

In answering my own question - I walked past today and there was no action on site. Wtf is going on?
