- Changed Spire to 105m/33 levels
Adam I think it is too premature to change the height of Spire. There is no concrete evidence to support such a change.

Will, I'll give beamer85 the benefit of the doubt for now as it doesn't take much to change it later. But thanks for pointing that out, because it lets other people know about the disagreement. It's undoubtably not the only optimistic figure in the list.

Speaking of changes.
Update 30 Aug 2006
- Changed CC1's spire to 99m, thanks to Culwulla.
- Noted disagreement about Spire's approved height.

Why is there no coverage on the UNISA City West project?

I think there is a new landmark building coming up, still under construction, but I think is about 70% done. Looking impressive from what I can see.

I tried to search them in the forum and in this thread but couldn't find it.

Try looking in the low to mid rise development thread. The buildings at Uni SA probably don't have their own thread because they are not high rises.

Stadium funding will likely be announced on the 21st. Light rail extension to the stadium won't happen.

Originally it was going to be 5 levels, but supposedly that is a skyscraper of Gold Coast proportions so it got knocked back in council. The last I heard about it was that the development had been revised down to 3 levels, with a small section 4 levels. However this was about 2 years ago, and since then there has been no info.
