Welcome to our little home on the web!! I hope you like it..

Now i'm sure you've realised that the graphics aren't 100% up to scratch yet, and i do apologize for releasing this site before completely ready.. but i hope to get started on some images very soon, plus taking feedback from you all on how to make this one of the best sites on the net.

Please feel free to post any comments here

I'll try to update this site every day or two with all the latest happenings in adelaide!

That's so true pikey.... I noticed every now and then you'd get someone stirring us up on the SSC forums (generally Perth guys lol). Hopefully this site will be for anyone who's sincerely interested in adelaide developments.

There's a lot of guys from the overclockers forum who are reading this as well.... so a big hello OCAU from me!

hey guys! great site. ill pop over everynow and then. let you know any news ect.
i told pikey 2 years ago that Adelaide will soon have more skyscrapers UC then melbourne. well come 2006, it may happen. Melbourne will have just 5 uc as of 2006. Adelaide will also have atleast 6.

We've been aware of a building boom taking some shape for quite a while - for the simple fact that Adelaide has a critical shortage of premium/A grade office space. Down to about 2%!

A bigger boom i'm expecting though is a boom in redevelopments - upgrading lower grade stock (of which there's a glut) to higher grade office space. Pikey seems to have confirmed another one of these redevelopments in another thread - get that pic up Pikey!
