The 4th funnel on the Titanic did have a use (other than balancing the design) - it had a door in it and was used for storing the deck chairs. You know, the ones they moved around...

Thanks for that! Trivia always good fun! The same ship had few lifeboats for aesthetic reasons as well.

Well lack of lifeboats!

Anyway back on to topic. Got to say that Statewide building looks amazing. Never even realised it was there. As if it was built in the 80's? The 80's reminds of most of the Adelaide Skyline. Cream walls and dark tinted windows. Or that hideous Telstra House.

Personally I like the SA Water building. Having gone on a tour through the building with regards to its 6 star rated energy efficiency its a great building inside and out.

The building is more impressive than the lease, which seems to make a gift to the Catholic Church of above market yields far into the future.
