Great blog, but this has to be from the 1970s or 80s, not the mid 90s. It looks so depressing

Mid to late 80's going by the cars in the picture.

It looks like something from and old school movie of a ghost town. Reminds me of the ghettos in Detroit after the Jap car invasion.
