If you could buy an apartment in any of the buildings in Adelaide which are either proposed or
Under Construction which would you go for ?
I would go for Eclipse due to it's location.
Which apartment building would you go for ?
Re: Which apartment building would you go for ?
If you're offering I'll take the top penthouse at Wave thanks
It's hard to say without knowing the internal workings of each complex. As far as location goes 20 hindmarsh is hard to beat, the apartments are beautiful but i know they share facilities with the hotel next door... kind of limits the potential for a genuine community to develop IMO, similar with the buildings that also operate as serviced apartments (which seems to be most?).

Missing a few from that list? Mayfield, Central Adelaide, Vision, August Towers, 252 South Terrace to name a few. I think there would be a total of 15 or so apartment projects in the pipeline.
Re: Which apartment building would you go for ?
I liked the look of Vue. But I reckon it'd take one of the ones on Gilbert St.
