Which apartment building would you go for ?

If you could buy an apartment in any of the buildings in Adelaide which are either proposed or
Under Construction which would you go for ?

I would go for Eclipse due to it's location.

If you're offering I'll take the top penthouse at Wave thanks

It's hard to say without knowing the internal workings of each complex. As far as location goes 20 hindmarsh is hard to beat, the apartments are beautiful but i know they share facilities with the hotel next door... kind of limits the potential for a genuine community to develop IMO, similar with the buildings that also operate as serviced apartments (which seems to be most?).

This might help..

$110 million Bohem development on Whitmore Square. On sale.

$100 million Eclipse project on Austin St. Approved subject to conditions.

$100 million Vue development on King William St. Under construction.

$70 million U2 on Waymouth St. Expressions of interest.

$40 million Palladium on Light project. On sale.

$35 million Parkview Apartments. On sale.

$9 million 60 South development on South Tce. Approved.

That list sound right? copy pasted from a news.com.au article.

Missing a few from that list? Mayfield, Central Adelaide, Vision, August Towers, 252 South Terrace to name a few. I think there would be a total of 15 or so apartment projects in the pipeline.

I liked the look of Vue. But I reckon it'd take one of the ones on Gilbert St.
