What can we expect to see go up before middle of the year?

I have a feeling we should see cranes at all of these sites, and fingers crossed New Mayfield goes ahead.

I don't agree with your list sorry Dvious. I can't see Kodo going ahead this year and I would say
the rest of those sites would have a crane by the end of the year, not by the middle of the year.

I think all except palladium and u2 (who knows what's going on there). North terrace student accom is prob late in the year and Kodo will be starting in April as previously stated. West Franklin is starting construction in July so prob around 3rd quarter.

Dvious my friend a lot of the developers talk things up when it comes to start dates. You can't believe everything they say.
With U2, West Franklin, Kodo and Palladium I haven't seen anything definite to indicate that these projects will be starting
soon.

I would say East Park, Bohem, Hindley Street and 262-265 South Terrace will all get cranes by the middle of the year. I wouldn't think any of the
others would move quick enough.

Looks like a second crane going up at the Surflen Street site (or somewhere very close to it - hard to tell from my view).

The crane is being erected at 262 South Tce. the tower sections were installed today.
