[COM] Thomson Playford Building | 30m | 8lvls | Office
[COM] Re: #U/C: Thomson Playford Building | 30m | 8lvls | Office
I reckon a 60-70m building on the corner lot there would go just nicely to top off the 'cluster'.
[COM] Re: #U/C: Thomson Playford Building | 30m | 8lvls | Office
it appears to have dated 5 years already

Much better from the front. The vertical beams and roof garden look really cool from what I can see outside of the tram windows

Hoardings/Gantry are now down.
I assume NAB are set to take one of the ground floor tenancies although it does specify office and not bank and NAB have been looking for accomodation.

Not sure about NAB. Maybe it is a small office and a possible bank retail facility to be lodged later?
I know that at least one of the law firms in the old SGIC building causing the delay there will be moving into this building with Thompson Playford. Then hopefully they can continue the replacement of the windows in that building as it is an embarrassment at the moment.

Great. Offices on the ground floor. Surely that is the last thing one of the few interesting entertainment streets in Adelaide needs. There is a whole city with space for offices and we yet we now have to have them encroaching onto Gouger Street. That's a tragedy if it happens. So bland and boring.

I'm happy with this development

KPMG House? Yeah that one's a stunner.
Have noticed that our low-rise buildings have more architectural diligence and quality, like this, KMPG, SA Water, hopefully 400KWS.
