Have you had a chance to walk past mr Pant-aloons?

^ I can confirm that there has been some digging.

I can also confirm that I don't have a fucking clue what it was for. 8)

I went to the city to take some photos, on Sunday 18. The base of the tower crane was up, but the crane had not been erected at the time. I can confirm is that there appears to be some kind of work on the foundations of the building. However the hole where the foundations are been layed is small, and it has confused me a little. Not sure if it is part of the Santos tower or something else.

On my way home last night (Friday) I saw two trucks pull up with big crane parts. Looks like it's going up real soon.

How about - right now!!

Took these pics about 30 mins ago, and this thing is taaaaaall already, but the green section at the top looks like it's ready to accept a climbing collar, so Santos should be taller than this section. This would have to easily be the tallest freestanding section of crane that's gone up in Adelaide for a long time.

You can see from the last pic, just how big the sonofabitch is!

Well that's a bit irresponsible of you pikey pies, you should always provide a warning to people under the age of 18 that they're not permitted to view pornographic images.

The formwork for the core and the box has started. Depending on whether or not the workers around the city have been given this week off or not, due to the public hols, we may see the completed core box by friday.

Tits.
