Liking the presence of the bldg there.BTW - that shot looks as though it is down Franklin St looking from the east from somewhere in Flinders St - must have my bearings wrong.

In a really good way it looks like two different buidling projects. Great density and height for Franklin Street.

I'm so glad I'm wrong in thinking this would look horrible, when in actual fact this has turned out very nice. And FINALLY that vile brown ugly box is blocked off from Victoria Square

As always shame it's not a bit more taller, but overhaul I'm pleased
