If thats the red-brick building that you're talking about, then yes that should stay. But, why propose a 16-storey monolith next to it? It wonuldnt be a good invigoration with the streetscape. I think a very cool idea would be to replicate that facade around corner (with the red bricks and authentic roof tiling) and convert it into or or two luxury upscale restaurants.

Somewhere else on this forum I said that they should lift height restrictions in this area of the CBD up to Pulteney Street, unfortunately there are too many small allotments which have to be acquired to make something substantial. It's really annoying.
