Yeah I work in the building, not sure about the ground floor retail bit, there were talks about something happening in there, and the level has been cleared out a lot since I moved into the building, I can ask around if you like?

Yes, by 40cm. WH is 131.6 rounded to 132.

This one is taller by 10cm. It will be 131.7m, while Westpac is 131.6m.

There's some DAC documentation out there that reveals this, but I can't be bothered locating it.
