I recon it'll be like UCity in that the first few storeys will take a few months but then it'll start shooting up so I'm thinking around July 2019

I agree... There's a lot of detail in the layout of the first few floors which I feel will take time but after that it's pretty much the same for the next 37 levels.

I don't have time to look at the plans, but will the core of this actually go all the way up to it's highest point or does the top penthouse have a full rooftop area?
