The podium levels on this tower have been completed, the first floor of the tower proper is no being set. I't won't be too much longer and we'll see the mesh floorjump system applied the whole way around the tower. Pace should start to increase now too.

I live close to this development, and am enjoying seeing the progress. Will be quite an imposing building when finished.

Walked past Ergo today too, and all the scaff has come down. I think the quality of the exterior is quite nice.

Ergo has very different goals than Vue. Even within the city apartment market, it's important that there's variety in what's being offered.

The change in floor plate can now be seen on level 8. Picture taken Sunday afternoon. The crane will have to increase its height soon.

That's a very sizable change. Was expecting it to be a bit fatter.

First of the bronze coloured glazing and copper mesh panels have been installed on the eastern side of the building.

It's incredible how quickly this tower is shooting up. It's grown a floor both in core height and floor plates since EBG's photos from Saturday.





The whole Southern CBD/King William-South Terrace end will be unrecognisable very soon. This tower, plus Mayfield, Citi Terrace and 135 South Terrace are going to add a whole new bulk and scale not seen to the area. Bring it on!

A few photos from the King William Street side. I really like the change in floor plates, the gap between the podium and tower levels and the exposed double height columns that feature on the North Eastern corner of the tower.

I think this tower will change the way we perceive residential buildings in Adelaide, for the better!

I get to drive and/or walk past this building almost every day. A very impressive development, you don't really understand how bulky it
is until you're close by. Gonna be impressive when at full height.
