I just stumbled across this on Commercial and General's website.
Here's what they have to say about it:
Yorke Campus Centre - Coming Soon
Anticipated to be one of Adelaides largest commercial office developments, and certainly the largest "Campus Style" commercial development initiatives in South Australia. Yorke Campus will provide office accomodation that is tenant suited and environmentally responsible. With a 5- Star Greenstar rating, and the largest single floor plate lease areas in the Adelaide CBD, Yorke Campus will be a new benchmark in South Australian office accomodation. *subject to necessary consents.

Great find! A lot of 5-star green energy rating buildings are popping up which is great news.

Thanks for sharing that with us Pants!
Does anyone have a clue as to where this development will be located?
The building looks exceptionally long, and whilst it does appear attractive, I think that it is best if developers built upwards instead of outwards here in Adelaide. We haave too many 'fat' buildings.

SA Government is the biggest customer in the state, and has a policy to use 5 star green rated buildings, so to not achieve that rating is financial suicide for the developer!

a lot of businesses are vacating along the western side of Pultney Street near South Tce. im not sure whether this could be the site, but i wouldnt expect such a large lowrise to be inner-city, so it could be a possibility.

It's 3 office buildings located on the site of the current Mitsubishi dealer there. Looks like a good plan to me.

Cool to hear. Always thought that place was a bit of a distraction from the local area.

This must be the Yorke Campus that was brought up a little while ago. A lot of cues from KPMG in that building running along Angas St. Will be a good addition to that end of the city.

thanks for that Al
I really like that, hopefully it turns out like that
This building will bulk up that part of the city. Im glad this is going on the cnr of Angas St & Pulteney Street, instead of on Hindmarsh Square which was rumoured on S-A and SSC; because that other site should be reserved for a hi-rise development (70m+)
