Third tallest - it will HAVE to be obvious on the skyline. Great and unexpected new. Looks like Adelaide CBD is starting to push the height significantly past the old barrier of 18 floors. Thanks for the info Howie. Sensational design - fitting for a place like Adelaide!

We all got excited over the other Curry St tower, then we got excited by the Pirie St tower. Well I did anyway.
Another 100m+ proposal? I'll get excited not when it's approved, but when construction starts. And even then I'll still be nervous that something will happen to reduce the height.
So I think I might just wait till it's completed to fap over it.

The fact is Rev that we even get such a proposal at all. That excites me - there was a time we never ever had such proposals. 3 now to be over 100m - great! Bring it on! Is it just 3 levelsl ower than the wave Curry St design up the road?

One would think that's why they intend to build it! To cater for the increased demand in hotel accomodation circa 2015 - Convention Centre, Adelaide Oval and Riverbank upgrades should all be completed by then.

Perhaps they realised no-one really wants to pay good money to stay on Hindley St.

Which is the Victoria Square building? 2-20 Flinders Street (100m) is probably the third one, but I can't recall one in Vic square...
