I don't want to sound negative but these Tangcheng buildings remind me of 'The Precinct' project.
As part of 'The Precinct' project there were about 5 buildings planned and in the end only 1 decent
size building (Altitude) was developed.

This looks like a thin bland looking building that belongs in a major Japanese city, not Adelaide. The height-width ratio is rather silly.

Summary - Whilst the building is not a stunner, it's different!

I suppose something short and stumpy is more Adelaide?
