Agreed. Added bonus of largely blocking out Quest's blank wall from the south.

If it actually is light blue glass it will look good. I also like the green highlights.

Did this site get sold; it has been for sale since Aug 2018.
I think this is just part of the sales pitch ie site for sale including approval for 21 story apartment project.

I can't remember if it got sold or not but the sign is now gone. New gravel has been laid on the site, not that that means anything.
