the $30M for the carpark frees up cash from the State to go into other things.
any extra cash this project gets is a good thing - getting rather excited about Rd 1 2014! (or is it 2013?)

The funding releases about $27 million in State Government money earmarked for the wetland and 300-space carpark for other additions to the stadium likely to include a third big replay screen.

A tram line I do agree with, especially one that connects up the WCH to the general populace.

Adelaide oval is going to receive from the federal government.
I am sure that the federal government contributed towards the upgrade of the western
stand and we also received $30 million for the re - development.
