Considering we have almost 16000m² vacant in 70 Franklin Street and an expected 6000m² to be released with the completion 80 Grenfell Street this year, the chances of this going up soon are pretty slim

yes and No. There are some larger companies looking for space.

True, but quite often tenants will like the prospect of moving in to their own premises.

also, remember there is likely an 18 month lead time for this to get up, so a company may not be looking for space now, but if forecasting too in 18-24 months.

The website doesn't seem to work anymore.
