This building looks great, it just goes to show that we need more density in that part of town because there is no reflection other than sky and a bit of the Optus building in order to give it more of a busy city feel and a bit of attraction.

Is that Sth KWS tram stop out front in the photo. Not impressed with it as a city stop. Did they run out off money for this?
The bldg - I took a good long look on 7/1/09 and thought it needed street level interactive tenancies ASAP. Otherwise - V impressed up close and personal.

Agree. Amazed that this stop was not included in the upgrade. (Comments in another thread.)
How can this stop meet the needs of the increased (daytime) population in this area? Serious concerns about safety and amenity!
Allowing traffic to make right hand turns on KWS intersections between Vic Sq and South Terrace, seriously impedes progress of the tram. The tram deserves a dedicated lane.
This area is certainly looking up. Pity the Hills development ran into trouble.

You could almost mistake this shot for a render, in my opinion

Credit union SA have just purchased naming rights. Not too sure where the signage will go at this stage. They may need to add on to the roof level to construct an area for signage.

Credit Union SA signage has started to go up on the eastern side. Hopefully it will go up on the other sides too.

WorkCoverSA will be moving from it's current premises in Waymouth Street to take up 2.5 floors in this building in June 2012.

Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work.

For me also, it's just a shame that there isn't much happening from the street.
