As it has been so long, the renders are here:

Hopefully they have altered them, I am quite impressed, it will be an imposing, but classy presence...

Even though the picture is unconclusive that construction has really
started. Property Look notes this building being leasable from
October next year. So I would definately say that this one is
Under Construction.

Should be a very welcome addition to the Adelaide Skyline.

Yes ozisnowman you a right. Demolition definately does not eqal construction. They have only been demolishing the colums that were left after the last demolition effort at this site. Property Look is a guide and they often get dates inncorrect. Until we see a formal tender for construction, an official announcement in the paper or actual construction (not demolition activity) on the site then it will be properly underway. Although the signs are promising so far we cannot be sure this one is actually properly underway yet. With the new tramline extension hopefully more companies have shown interest in the building.

This project was part of channel nines segment on the CBD property boom the other day and interviewed the construction company on site so I would assume it is under construction.

As far as I know, no tenant has been secured for this project. And although it would be a sign of confidence if construction had actually started, I find it somewhat difficult to beleive that the developers would commence on a 20 000sqm2 office building in a totally speculative manner. It makes sense for small buildings such as Coglin Place, but for this one, it seems very risky.

There was a lot of action on this site today when I drove past. They appear to be doing a fair bit of excavation work below natural ground level. Plus there was a bloke doing surveying work. Hopefully this one is starting up. Looks like more than just grass laying unless all the work is to clean possibly contaminated soil. Wish we had some firm details eg a building contract or developer announcement to know if this one is starting. Anyway positive signs thus far.

Awesome. With the sheer size of this building, and in fully clad glass, I'm eager to await this one.

Great news - really been waiting for this one as it is quite different to the usual style of high rise - the renders show it will greatly contibute to KWS sth.

Any info as to construction company, possible tenants etc?
