Update 22/2/2020. some colourful balcony reveals on the rear side (west). The front side facing the square is still shrouded in shade cloth.

Have there been any renders of the side walls yet? I really hope they don't just leave them as raw concrete.

What a monstrosity. Which architect ended up agreeing to put their name to this? This is truly shameful - a poor reflection on both the architect and SCAP for allowing it to be built.

Because it went from normal apartments to community affordable housing, therefore cheap, cheap cheap design and fitout no doubt.

Considering this is an affordable housing project, I think the east/west facades don't look that bad up close. As for the other walls, let's hope they at least get painted.

2/5/2020. the front side facing light Sq is not bad. I think they have toned down the colour scheme. It does not seem so bright,(or perhaps it was a dull winter's day). Please click on pictures for bigger.

25/2020 on the north side there are some set back balconies which follow the same colour scheme. From a distance, the concrete areas at first appear to have water stains but close up these are actually a series of grooved patterns. The concrete is not painted (at this stage)?
