I don't think it will considering they have sold over 50% of the apartments.

Residential projects rarely start on 'time'. This one is no exception.

I remember back in 2000, Urban Construct had said that construction of Embassy would start in February, 2000. Construction actually began in July 2000.

In the advertiser today they mentioned about Conservatory on Hindmarsh. Demolition will begin next week, taking 2 1/2 months to remove the old building. Then construction commences. 60pc has been sold off the plan.

Not wanting to be fussy about 1 level, but the paper says it is 19 levels and the thread title says 18.

Can someone please clarify this for me?

Also mentions that the top level apartment is on the 18th level.
A nineteen storey apartment building, which includes 9 levels of apartments, 5 levels of commercial space and 4 levels of car parking
So i wonder where the additional level came from?

Based on that document, the height on the thread title should be changed to 61.8m.

Walked past it today, not a sign of activity. Display centre is still open, though.

Went into the display office at lunch and was told demolision will start next week (commencing 18th June) for about 6 weeks and then construction will commence.
