If i remember rightly, the council used to own this land and sold it on condition of development commencing sometime in 2014. Was there some form of financial penalty for missing this deadline? maybe cash held in trust or similar approach?

This one was again in the tenders and contracts on Tuesday 4 /8/2015 with tenders for subcontractors closing 11 Aug. So much for "Construction has started"

Tenders closed for this today. Hopefully announcement in the next month who was successful and then real construction can start in October.

The equipment/machinery on site was actually in use this morning clearing away more of the rubble. Site looks a little more tidy now, but still more piles to be cleared.

I think they are adding 2 additional levels of parking. The height of the revised proposal is now 78m.

Went to tender in July. Not sure the builder was ever announced.

Spoke to an agent today that was selling this but ditched it for kodo. He said they had 80% months ago so not sure what the hold up is.

I rang up the sales agent a couple of months ago and he said construction was most likely
going to start around June / July.
