Negative. The bulk of the building is complete but the ground level is still very much a work-site. Pedestrian walkway scaffolding is still up along with the lane closure on Morphett. Looks like they're just grinding out the finishing touches on this and I would say its safe to assume this will be ready for first semester, 2018.

Walkway scaffolding on the bridge was down when I went past yesterday afternoon, but lane is still closed. I guess there's still a bit of tidy up before they re-open the lane, but it should be soon.

There is an entry of sorts on Morphett St but it is quite modest. It could purely be a service entry for builders.

There will be an entry, there is also a large staircase leading up to the bridge.
