Two weeks? That's optimistic given how problematic segments and components made in China can be.
If I was this developer I'd be factoring in delays of months at least. Remember the ferris wheel at Docklands.

Un-freaking-believable. If it hadn't been done already I wouldn't have believed it was possible to build a skyscraper that quickly ... 57 stories in 19 days!

At one level per week, the Adelaide one will be built comparatively slowly!

You're right ... but offsite prefab can happen concurrently with site clearance and site prep. But yes in total time much more than 2 weeks.

Good point, it will be interesting to see how it all goes. Demolition will take a couple of months and then once all the
modules are put in place there's still a multitude of things which need to be done - doors, windows, electricity, gas,
water, furniture, lighting, air conditioning etc.

I imagine they will want to get it all done by March next year to cash in on the festivals. It's a challenging deadline,
they'll have to move quickly.
