This one is starting to have a huge impact on North Terrace, and I believe it's also now very visible along some parts of Pulteney Street (I think in Hindmarsh Square, near the Crowne Plaza).

Sure is a big one. It'd be nice if they put up a mural or green wall on the blank walls either side of the building.

Here's the angle I mentioned the other day. It's not actually quite as prominent along Pulteney as I originally thought, but I suppose it fills a gap. I also think I saw that they've installed some windows along the lower levels of the southern wall, but I'm not certain.

Unihouss is a such a grotty building. That entire intersection is underdone. Obviously we'll be stuck with the car parks for a long time to come, but I would've thought there'd be strong cases for redevelopment of both Citi Arcade and Grottyhouse.

True. I can't see Unihouse being demolished either, since it was converted into student apartments which are probably a goldmine, but I'd like to at least see the external facade get an upgrade.

It will look even grottier if Realm Adelaide goes ahead, which will incidentally block out the view of the Urbanest building I took from Pulteney Street.

Hopefully whoever owns the Unihouse building sees it similar.

Though this is far from great, it fits in nicely with the rest of North Terrace. Doesn't stand out like a dog's turd.

That's the pontoon that the Festival Palais was on. There's been some argy bargey about it since - Festival arguing it's more expensive to remove and bring back each year than they accounted for, certain councillors demanding it be gone, so on so on. At the moment it's had a reprieve while they come up with an idea to pretty it up.

You can see the demo/construction work of the Lyrics room, the main theatre shell is just out of frame/behind the tree. Still there.
