I think you'll find the rooftop bar is on the Hotel/Podium section. I'm pretty sure the top two levels are Penthouses.

I'll go with Shuz on the "Flinders Street" however I'll punt for the western end of the Hender building (81 Flinders), which floor? well that is another puzzler.

And a great photo, showing the birth of the new Adelaide skyline on a day of dust storm - well done.

Shame we never got stage 2 of the Aurora building.
