Looks bloody good to me, especially considering what is there now. Way to many glass empty people on here sometimes

Looks great, I cant help but think that they've copied Crown Melbourne.

Expected to be approved at next weeks meeting. Not the looker we were hoping for I think?

132.4m tall

Compared to the garbage filling the skyline at present? And the coming disappointment with some of the new 'talls'...? Doesn't look too bad all that considered.

Looks like something straight out of Brisbane these days. Almost like an inverted Riparian. Not bad.

I sent over the docs to Culwulla so hopefully this ends up on CTBUH database eventually (but the backlog of submitted/unapproved changes is long apparently)

Thanks! I thought it looked familiar but couldn't think why until you mentioned Riparian Plaza!

Finally. Something with a curved corner to break the monotony.

I think it looks great and is going to have the biggest streetscape impact of any of the taller developments going on.

Considering how critical people have been recently about materials (GPO and this week, Realm) this proposal has failed to deliver more-so than those previously mentioned. The design looks good (the different elements work really well) but as mentioned, it looks like the Crown in Melbourne (build in the 90s) or something out of Brisbane. Regardless of the height I wouldn't call either of those comparisons something to happily aspire to.

Indeed, it's got a bit of a 90s post-modern thing going on. Not really my thing, but don't mind the curve (which squares off towards the bottom floors) and the angled "crown" (although not so much the blades attached to it).

Looks great ... will be a welcome addition to the skyline.

Really hope it goes ahead. Although with 4 proposals all. around 130-135m height (roughly the same as Westpac House), I really want to see a building crack the 150m mark now so there's some height variation amongst our tallest!

I like it! It's different to what we usually get. Has a very East Coast look to it. Bring it on!

I like it. Better than most.

Regarding Realm I don’t think anyone has ridden it off, we’re just concerned given what has happened in the past.

Not keen to see another semi-residential tower in what should be the CBD. Design-wise nothing innovative or special.

Cheers
