Yep, the bathroom and tiling in the kitchen are both ghastly.
Scary when something already looks dated within a few months of being built.

What a lovely reminder of this building. Such a pity it's not twice as high, and that I so rarely get to see its best side.
Nerd alert: the Wave nomenclature is trying to replicate the Wynn Las Vegas typeface.
