This is a picture from 3 June 2016 of the sign on Gilies St outside the site showing a render of the final gladding. It looks like some form of Alucobond cladding?

The final cladding is now being fixed to the new St Andrews Hospital project. These are thin tiles that just clip onto the horizontal metal strips with no mortar or clues. Each tile is the size of 2 "bricks in the pattern". You can just make out the corners in picture 3. The 2 men in the mobile hoist installed about 6 or 7 tiles in about 10 minutes. The colour is a bit darker than "heritage Red" house bricks.

250 East Tce update .This project is making slow progress. Work has just started on footings in the deeper northern part of the site. Sorry about the picture quality (taken directly into the sun too late in the day).

There were actually 5 guys on site today at East Tce: 2 working on the retaining walls 2 working with an excavator and one man in a yellow vest, with plans, looking important. Plus the same white car.
