Yep! Really like that UniSa City west building. I just wish we could light up a few of the buildings better at night. I'm really looking forward to seeing the "coloured" lights ontop of the Commonwealth Law Courts when they're done... if they exist.

It's being done by the same developer that did Alpha and is doing the old Repco site.

I know him, so I've been trying to get a render, but no luck yet.

You're forgetting the biggest one Howie - right next to the uni. These things will get snapped up quick.

Last I heard it was about 5 storeys.

From the looks of that render, it looks identical to Alpha apartments.

You can see alpha just behind it in the render.

Glad to see the ugly car-park finally getting demolished, however the proposal is definately a missed opportunity. 100% bland.

Thanks for the photos Chris!

Domain is looking really stylish, a great addition to that part of the city, however the same cannot be said about the Westpac's building's new facade. The new facade looks more out-dated than the current facade.

Great pics Chris!

I must admit I am unsure about the Westpac recladding. However it is slowly growing on me and although very basic looking I am actually starting to like it as more is added. Will, there is no way it is more out-dated looking than the old caldding, that is going a bit far. The old cladding was repulsive with those little rectangles imo. I would say that it has brought the building more in line with an early-mid 80's style instead of bringing it all the way to today's styles. Atleast the owners are having a go even if it is basic. Better than just painting it as was done with the building down on the corner of Hindley and King William. That looks cheap and nasty and the dark red down the side just adds to it's awful appearance they should have just painted it all white/silver, if at all!
