This one hasn't even come up for Council approval .??. maybe the demolition is just for a temporary gravel carpark.. which seems to be a very popular development in Adelaide these days . we seem to be at the forefront of such developments :)

This development is by the ACC and they have had several commercial in confidence meetings regarding this development for the past 3 years. I'm not sure if/when they are obliged to give detials of what is being built if it is not designated in a category for public notification.

I'm a bit confused. Is this 2x apt blocks?
Really quite hard to determine whether this will look good or not from those elevations.
Either way thanks for the first glimpse of this project Ho Really and Howie.

Keep in mind these elevations are a couple years old, so it may be a totally different proposal by now.

Here's one from around that time, courtesy of AL.

I count 22 levels and what seems to be about ~71m in height to structural top. Mods change title?

I counted 25 including ground and two basement levels in the first elevation. 26 if you include the rooftop garden.

I wouldn't change the thread title just yet, these diagrams are fairly old.

The photos Norman has taken above of the vacant site, must be 102-114 Waymouth St and the recent application to demolish buildings 114-122 on 09-09-09, has a heritage listed building on it, am i correct?

Looking at the elevations it appears to be bulit around another older building.

Howie's got the right amount of levels. Height-wise you'd be spot on Shuz. It's about 71 metres to the roof. Anyone know exactly what the height limits are for this section of the CBD? If that remains the height they would be the tallest apartment blocks in the city (unless Spire goes up earlier).
