oh, I didn't realise there was a 2nd stage. Ive still been day dreaming about Apt 607 and 608. Rang the agent for a price, quite reasonably priced but just a bit outside my budget. Anyone wanna go halves :D

painted precast concrete doesn't look cheap? I personally think paint job has somewhat saved the aesthetic merit of the building, however, i still think we can do a lot better than this.

I've had so many 'settlement dates' its hard to keep track.
I used Bertrams Conveyancing, Tammy Kent, and she's been great. Really keen and pushing for me.

Only thing holding me up is mortgage broker filled in wrong forms for the first home owners grant and the blame is getting thrown between, not actually getting anywhere!

I think its turned out great. love the copper wave sculpture on the side, so unexpected!

Currently waiting for an answer.

Four siddy grand? Sod off. The terrace is far too big and generous compared to the rest of the apartment. What a rip.

I really need to do that sooner than later. Fridge/washer/dryer and such.

Bah, now I think about it I'll need some help with some "interior decorating"... I have a theory my place will look like a French minimalists apartment for a while with a table, bed, a picture of a sad clown (and not much else).

Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work.

My broker is also having difficulties getting hold of the strata details. I dont even have a price for strata fees yet.
this project has been very poorly dealt with. getting anything from the real estate agent has been a struggle.

Grumbles.. I'll call everybody on monday and get them to light a fire. If anybody else has any luck.. keep us informed :)

I've heard the strata prices are based on the size of your apartment. regardless of the level.

Dont worry, it's pretty standard fare for stata managers to be virtually uncontactable lol. You'll hear from them when they want something, i promise.

Welcome to the neighbourhood, look forward to some pics of the apartments.
