This'll be good when it eventually goes up. Decent height and should visually help connect the Balfours site towers with the city instead of having them look a bit isolated.

The developers have requested confidential discussions with council at next weeks council meeting.

Hopefully because they want to significantly protrude through the height limits of the area :mrgreen:

Well, the proposal as it stands already significantly protrudes through the height limits. I wouldn't be suprised. Here's hoping something good comes of it. :D

I may be mistaken but I thought that this development was for the site at 102-112 Waymouth Street?

If I get a chance I might scan and send in a couple of drawings issued early in the design process, but no renderings. I think that should be left to the architects, which you can always contact.
